Un siège auto commandé mi-octobre 2019, qui devait arriver le 28 octobre 2019. La livraison n'a jamais été effectué, et nous attendons toujours notre remboursement. C'est une arnaque pure et simple. Ne commandez pas sur leur site, triez les avis pour voir que beaucoup de personnes sont dans mon cas. Je suis prêt à parier que beaucoup d'avis positifs viennent de la même adresse IP... Je conseille à toutes les personnes dans le même cas de contacter une association de consommateurs qui pourra entendre à un moment donné une action collective...

NOT A LEGIT COMPANY. I didn't read the reviews before buying...learnt my lesson. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have never left a review before but needed to after falling for the same trap as so many other people. To cut a long story short - delivery time wasn't honoured, wanted to cancel, they were seemingly happy to cancel, and now still no refund nearly 2 months later. There is no way of getting in touch with them, only via email and then they choose whether they want to respond or not. No phone number, no social media pages, nothing. Scroll down the reviews - the 5 star ones soon disappear to reveal the company's true colours...

Avoid like the plague!Placed an online order on November 6th of 250+ GBP, then after reading more reviews about the product and the store I got cold feet and decided to cancel it. Order was still in new" status so I knew they didn't process it yet. Contacted them via e-mail and they replied that the order was canceled and I will get a refund in about 3-5 days.After 5 working days I sent them an email and asked for a confirmation of the refund. No reply. I sent them polite emails every 1-2 days. No reply to this date (November 25th).At this point I am an angry unsatisfied customer. I find it unacceptable that their only contact is by email and they do not reply for days

I did order on 29/11/2019 and they send me e mail that my delivery will arrive by 3/1/2020. I send several e mails for update delivery time and the final one said that it will be by 20/1/2020. I send the last e mail by same day, the e mail returned to me saying (The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist) then went to website guess what!!! Its gone. I called my bank they were helpful they promised to bring my money back and they blocked my card. I am so disappointed.

Poor website and poor customer service. They made me wait over a month for a simple item. They kept missing their deadline and as a result postponing my order to the next week every week for over one month. Imagine the stress in trying to get your items in time for your birth. Oh and as a result I had to cancel my order. I then ordered the same item from another website that came within 2 days of ordering it. Oh and it was much cheaper too. I had bought another item from thebabyroom website too which again I had to wait not a month this time but they also postponed my order twice on that too with the excuse of warehouse problems and so on. Bare in mind, on their website the products that they dont have in stock writes “available in 3-5 days” but like i said, I waited 1 month and 10 days with nothing in hand. I am still yet to receive a refund too. So avoid avoid avoid. Theres much more affordable places which are much more professional and punctual with their orders. Customer service had 0 solution for their delays as well. They could have bought my item from another supplier and sent it to me just to avoid this negative feedback and the process of refunding. But as I can see with a lot of 1 stars, they dont care and im not the only one with a terrible experience with the baby room.

Ordered a baby carrier and waited 3 weeks for delivery. Repeatedly told they were waiting for a supplier delivery. After several weeks I got the following email from them....Good morning,Unfortunately your order has been cancelled and fully refunded as we are unable to fulfill your order due to a stock error on our system.I send my apologies for the inconvenience :)Kind Regards,ChloeOnline Customer CareThe Baby Room______________________Incredibly poor service and a complete lack of empathy for the customer. Still waiting to see if the refund arrives. Avoid.

I ordered over a month ago and was told to expect dispatch on 7th October. I wish I had read all the google reviews beforehand as I am experiencing the same. I don’t understand why they would operate a business this way.They keep saying their warehouse will stock the item in 2 weeks, then 1 week now no response! I’ve opened a dispute on PayPal and will get some response in 10 days. Will keep everyone updated!Update: the store emailed me claiming to have canceled my order and issued a full refund which I should receive in 3-5 days. 5 days came and went, nothing received. Luckily my PayPal dispute resolved and PayPal forced the refund. I don’t understand why anyone would blatantly rip people off like this. The reviews are so repetitive

Scam beware! no product and no refund 3 months later. Their supposed customer care team also won’t respond to my emails. Check other review sites, I am not the only one. The owners of this company are thieves and deserve to be locked up. Like others I am now going to report to the police and my bank and hopefully get my money back that way.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.Purchased a car seat 2 months ago. The expected deliver date was delayed. They always answered to my emails by saying that my order will be delivered tomorrow but it never happened. So I sent them an email (because they have no phone line and live chat doesn't work so you don't have another way to get in contact with them ) to cancel my order and to be refunded. Since September 11 they keep telling me to allow them “another 5 working days” so my refund to be credited back to my bank account.Unacceptable.

Purchased two care seats a month ago. Recieved an email two days after purchase to say that my expected deliver date was delayed. I contact the baby room via email on numerous occasions to be informed that once my order arrived to warehouse it would be shipped the same day. I made contact on Tuesday the 08/10/10 asking why the website had updated to say the carseatwas in stock. I was informed that it was in warehouse and I would receive an email with my tracking no! I'm still waiting. I sent an email to cancel my order and to be refunded and I have still yet to hear from them! Very disappoint with the service they have provided me. Please avoid.
