Perfect service. I was booked in at Halfords but couldn't fit my bike in my car so I contacted Gary and sent some pics of my bike. He had everything he needed to repair my bike and he got on with it and I'm very happy with the service. Will definitely use him again as opposed to the hassle of trying to get my bike in the car. 10/10!

Excellent service from Gary - I had tried a number of shops to get my bike booked in for a service and was unable to get anything for 4-6 weeks. I gave Gary a call and he told me he could be with me within the week, ended up coming early because of a cancellation and had my bike running smoothly in less than an hour. Would highly recommend - Thanks Gary!

Gary was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and managed to come out to fix my bike quickly too. A very friendly and reliable service and i will be sure to use him again! He brought all the tools he would need and managed to fix the problem in the garden without making any mess! Thanks :)

Best in the business!!Always use Gary as he looks after your bike as if its his own. Turns up at your house, gets a great service, and bike given back to you all in a morning. And if you supply him with coffee and tea you get black cable ends to match the rest of your black bike.Had gear and brake cables replaced, new bar tape, steerer tube cut and a full check.Can't recommend enough

Was looking to get a long overdue service for my bike Gary picked up straight away and fitted me in as soon as he could (much sooner then anyone else!).Came to the house, did a fantastic job. Went out of his way to offer advice. What was really special - he worked really hard to source a part (a challenge right now). And when a supplier misinformed him of a compatible component, took the time to return a couple of days later (when the correct part was sources) and fit it.Would happily recommend to anyone looking to get a bike service or general maintenance, in the Norwich Area.Gary will be my go to mechanic from now on!

Fantastic service. I have two young children and really struggled to get to a cycle store for a fix, so it was great to have someone come to my house.I was having issues with brakes and the problem was quickly identified and fixed. Feel very safe cycling on them now. If I have problems again he'll be the first one to contact.

Gary helped set up my new road bike. He was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job on my internal routing and overall set up. I'm really happy with the results and it all looks awesome!He came to my house ,a bonus and his prices were fair imo for the work carried out.
