I used this car park every day for work and paid every single time without fail. To my surprise I received a notice for a fine! I could not contact anyone for weeks and the only number I had to contact refused to talk to me about the fine but only accepted payment. Disgusting.The machine was showing error for 10 minutes while I tried to pay and it kept making me re enter my reg and failing. I was losing time to get to work and didn't know any other car park to move to so I managed to pay eventually when the machine let me. Other people in the reviews have described the same experience. What a coincidence what a business model you have.I paid for 4 hours when I in fact used 2 and received a fine. I have called the LEGAL TEAM to see WHY I have received this fine and they are now telling me it's because I did not pay within 10 minutes and are refusing to accept an appeal now. I paid for over 2 hours more than I even used and this is the treatment I get as a consumer. So inhumane, unprofessional and disgusting. Way to earn your money. DO NOT PARK HERE.

A decent and cheap car park if you’re willing to take the risk.I’ve used the car park for three months and saw multiple front bumpers/parts missing and smashed windows (mainly targeting Toyota Aygos and other small cars). Definitely park else where if parking overnight.

do not use this parking lot!!!this is pure rip off!Neither the Visa nor the Mastercard nor the Maesteo card worked at the machine. The alleged payment via app also did not work with a foreign cell phone number. In addition, this machine is so slow that you definitely have to exceed the 10 minutes to pay and have to pay a fine of 60-100 pounds. although we then left the car park after 13 minutes after the failed payment attempts, this company is now charging us 60 pounds. an absolute disgrace!I can only advise everyone from the bottom of my heart to stay away from this parking lot!

DO NOT PARK HERE! I was visiting Birmingham over the weekend. Left my car here over 24hr. I arrived to my passenger window smashed, front bumper, bonnet, and headlights stripped. After speaking to the police the car park and hotel I was staying at (Travelodge) had been aware of this occurring for several weeks. However, no extra precautions/simple signs were not put in place. Questioning the integrity of the hotel and owners of the car park for the wellbeing and safety of their customers.Several other cars (hatchback) within the car park were also targeted on the same day. Response from the parking office was unhelpful to the other victims, nor indicating any steps taken recently over the past couple weeks to prevent/warn other users of the car park from parking here overnight.This has been a stressful ordeal and I urge the parking office to place extra measures****Response - Please alert the local hotels in the vicinity of these existing problems - The recommendation was from Travelodge - Birmingham Central Newhall Street (still on their website)- I would not have parked here if I was aware that hatchbacks were being targeted. I appreciate that you cannot control crime in the area, as it's not your responsibility. However, having even a simple sign to mention that this is an acute problem that is occurring in your car park would be showcasing some steps for the safety of your customers.

Worst car park experience in my life. Do not park here especially overnight. Came back to my car the next morning to find half of my car stolen and window smashed. Have reported to police but seems like this is a common occurrence in this car park. Find somewhere safer to park your car overnight as this place is not safe

After being scared by the reviews, we decided not to park here, since we didn't want our vacation ruined due to a trashed car (see images of cars in reviews - current average review note of 2.3 from 5!!). With previous experiences in other parking spaces providing a fair grace time as well as the agitation of getting to our hotel and looking for a safe parking alternative, we oversaw the sign (just noticed on the photos provided here in google maps) requiring a payment within 10 min of arriving at the premises. Today we received (as written in mentioned sign) a fine for 100 pounds and a additional fee of 30 pounds from car rental.

DO NOT PARK!!!!!This car park looked very safe with lots of cameras came back to my car which had a smashed window and no bonnet! No one available to get camera evidence!!!

Had my front bumper stolen from this car park , no cameras around so have no evidence of the crime . Whilst at the car park also another car had had its bumper and lights taken . Avoid parking here at all costs !!

DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. This car park is a regularly targeted by car cannibals. We got back to our car after a lovely stay in Birmingham to find the front half of our car had been stolen. Absolutely ridiculous. The locals have told me that this has happened to many people recently. The car park owners have taken no measures to secure the area and seem happy for this to continue.
