It’s 2am I am stranded in my Landrover Discovery with an 11 yr old child waiting for a manager to call me as advised from their online adviser Jessica. I took my car 2 weeks ago with a ‘diesel exhaust fluid dosing malfunction’ warning message. After 6 hrs I was told they could find nothing wrong but not to worry as the engine won’t cut out. I’ve been waiting in -4 degrees for 7 hours with no engine restart. Please help Williams Landrover we are freezing and desperate. I’ve tried and retried all other communications with your website and can only get a chat adviser that keeps advising me to wait. She knows I’m on my own in a Carpark with a child

Its 2am in the morning. Im sat in my Landrover Discovery stranded in -4 degrees with an 11yr old child with engine cut out. I took the car in to Williams two weeks ago with a 'diesel exhaust fluid dosing malfunction' warning message. After 6 hours of investigation and a hefty bill I was told that they could find nothing wrong but not to worry as there was plenty of Ad Blue and the engine wouldn't cut out. Ive been advised by the Landrover online adviser Jessica to sit tight for a phonecall from a manager. We've had nothing. We've waited 7 hours and are freezing. Landrover please help us, we are now desperately cold. Joanna. We are in danger.Edit* We managed until 3am. Nobody from Landrover ever called. I got my Discovery taken to Williams the next day after a temp restart by the RAC. Sam at Williams told to get a taxi home pay for it myself as they had no loan cars. I live rurally with no public transport. I have no way of getting my children to school or myself to work. I rely on the boot size of my car to run my business. I need to get to the wholesalers each day. Tired and still cold from a night in a dark carpark I cried.... quite loudly, they had other customers around.Then Simon appeared. I was in a loan car within 10 minutes.Days later and many many more hours of investigation. A faulty Nox sensor was found. Williams and Landrover want ME to pay for THEIR faulty part to a cost of £700. That will take it to one 1k in the last month for THIER faulty part and putting myself and child in a very very dangerous situation. By what I have since discovered wasn't even a real person 'Jessica' was AI. Had I followed Jessicas instructions and waited I possibly wouldn't be here to tell this tale.This car was my pride and joy. I am 51 and worked very hard all my life too finally own a Landrover. Ive had to replace 3 window motors. The windscreen seal went and had to be refitted. Numerous software errors. The reverse camera not working. All of these things are not normal wear and tear and not what I would expect to have to replace in a Landrover I paid 60K just over 4yrs ago.Landrover and Williams you still have chance to put this right?Edit** Williams are now advocating for me with Landrover to cover the cost. I now wait for Landrover to do what's right... watch this space I will update.

Bought a brand new £75K SUV with ceramic coating 3 months ago. Came with defective LCD screen. Was booked in for fixing on day 3 and came back from their service shop with scratch on the screen being looked at. The problem wasn't fixed because the part needed to be ordered. Waited 3 months for the part and went in again for repair. The scratch was reported, however they did not take responsibility for the scratch and caused 3 further scratches. Marks left under ceramic coating were also reported, and after they said they fixed them, most of the marks were still not removed. The car seats were handed back dirty... the creamic coating which was supposed to protect the pait causing paint to chip and flake off.

I recently purchased a car here and I can honestly say that the process from ordering to purchasing was faultless. I had the pleasure to have Julian assist me with everything and he is a real asset to Williams. Julian is kind, personable, respectful and treats his customers with genuine care. He helped organise everything from the initial test drive including the additional requirements I wanted to add to the car, and ensured the whole process was as efficient and as smooth as possible. The whole process was completely stress free and Julian kept me updated throughout. Even the aftercare has been great with regular follow up calls to make sure that everything is going well. I have only good words to say so far regarding my experience with all the staff at Williams Jaguar Land Rover and I would strongly recommend their services to anyone, particularly those of Julian who should be recognised for his outstanding customer service.

Very rubbish Macanics i won't recommend anybody go there to repair. My evoque 66 plate had restricted performance sign on dash checked it with local garage attached picture it was turbo going took it to these alot thay said its dpf made me change dpf problem came back straight after few miles. Then they said to me change turbo after that said change intercooler and at the end been told change full engine. Made me waste money on dpf and services. While they working on my car they scratch it as you can see in picture. These alot are cowboys Macanic. You expect high quality service from main deales but going to local garage is better than these latest local garage will know what they doing to your car unlike these alot practice on your car. NO STAR FROM ME. BAD PEOPLE.

We bought a used discovery sport and were very happy with the car, value and service. I’d highly recommend asking for Luke if you are considering a purchase, he was professional, honest and informative throughout the process.We had a small issue with the boot 1 month in but again Luke and his colleague Geoff got it sorted quickly and the hosting team there including Natasha and the woman making coffee and breakfast was a really nice touch and made it a pleasant experience.
