Terrible service , always seems to be Penzance branch let's Enterprise down. Order a large automatic car and they tried giving me a small manual and said it was an upgrade. I hope management sorts the issues out

Absolutely disgusting place, ignoring my calls, never given my rental agreement, car damaged by THEIR member of staff yet they think it’s ok to take money out of my account without permission? Promised an email to take things higher and instead they just kept charging my card.

Terrible service. Travelled from Hayle to Penzance by bus. Went online to order a car for 2 days. None available but they did have a van. I called to confirm they def had the van available to be told yes they did. Booked and paid for it onlineJust getting ready to go to the store to then receive a phone call to say they didn’t have a van. Explained we had even rang and they confirmed they had it to be told sorry they were wrong. Will never use again. Totally messed up our plans

Online quote seemed okay but I needed same day rather than next day and I was quoted £1100 more over the phone for same day collection rather than next day. (Original online quote was £280 total).

we reserved a car months ago. they called us to say they haven’t had a delivery and there’s a shortage of cars in cornwall. you’d think they’d let us know before the day we were due to pick up so we could make alternative arrangements? we came all this way to visit megalithic sites that aren’t accessible by public transport. our honeymoon has essentially been ruined. i’ll never use them again.

Absolute shambles of a company. Rang head office to book a car, all booked ok but apparently they are no longer collecting customers although advertised everywhere that they do.I went through all the questions and gave all details then ended the call with the car booked.Five minutes later the branch rings up 'sorry we have no cars available'Complete shambles.I will go elsewhere in future
