I don't think I have enough space on here to describe Spencer and Peyton they are an absolute beautiful funeral home with so much kindness and love and respect in what they do and for the loved one's of the deceased the attention to detail on even the smallest things is beautiful the way they take care of you and the family member who has passed... the respect they show you and the deceased is lovely ... even Victoria who does the celebration of life service is amazing she's a lovely person she works hard until it's all completely right .. John and Pam and Katie are absorbed lovely the funeral home itself is beautiful the scenery outside is beautiful and peaceful they are so reasonably priced and even little details they put in when I Picked up my mas ashes just so caring and even getting the invoice made me cry because they put Two things in that for memories I even got cuttins of her hair ❤️ it's just a beautiful funeral home and I can't thank them enough they Made a painful experience memorable and kind I Will always be grateful to them and will always use them now but hoping we Have yrs before having to.. thanku so much Spencer and Peyton, ❤️

Spencer and Peyton recently dealt with my Father -in-Law's funeral and they were amazing. Darren and the team were attentive and considerate, always friendly and willing to listen and answer questions. Our family felt supported through out. The care on the day was sensitive and efficient, everything we had wanted and their personal support has continued following the funeral itself. Thank you!

Had Mum's funeral recently. S&P staff very professional, genuinely caring and friendly. Everything went smoothly. Couldn't fault them. Thank you simcerely.

They looked after my Nan when she sadly died. They co ordinated everything and made everything easier at a very difficult time. They are very reliable, friendly, caring and compassionate.

It's taken me awhile to write this as i had to be in the right frame of mind. Had previously used them for my father's funeral and was reasonably happy with them. I would always rather support the smaller independent businesses than the larger commercial ones. My mother passed away and I decided to go back to S&P. Issues that arose are as follows: Whenever i received notification for payments from initial contact until just prior to my mothers cremation, I made payments as directed from S&P without checking whether the sums were correct. I was grieving for my mother. I was only after going through the payments that i noticed I had overpaid by in excess of £700. They repaid this when I notified them of the error. S&P took away the gravestone as my mother was due to be laid in the same plot as my father. It was then returned after the engraving and reinstalled at the grave. The quality of the engraving was appalling,. Spacing was random and lettering was of poor quality. When i contacted them about this they were trying to fob me off that there was nothing wrong with the engraving. After informing them I would be not be letting this matter drop and would be circulating the pictures of the engraving and would have no issue in escalating this to ensure the engraving was corrected they took away the gravestone and made good. Never received an apology. I could attach the photos of the gravestone lettering to this review. Basingstoke crematorium was a conveyor belt and a very hurried affair. But this is not S&P's fault and I will wright a separate review on the crematorium REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the whole experience.

I would definitely recommend Spencer and Peyton" funeral directors. They were kind caring and compassionate. They made the whole process seamless. Always at the end of a phone answering any questions we had. They were professional and went that extra mile when it was so needed at a time of grief. A big thanks to them all ."
