Fantastic experience at Smilessence. From the first day I walked in, to the day I finally got my new, amazing implants, the whole team have been so friendly but also professional. Karen is amazing. She put me at me ease from day one. I have always been a very, very nervouse dentist goer but not anymore! I thouroughly recommend going to Smilessence.

I've had two visits recently. For 2 fillings which have been most successful and expertly done by Nathan. And another visit to the Hygienist, Raj, this week. All went well.

A wonderful experience, fabulous staff, modern surgery, amazing treatment, 5* customer service!Everyone at Smilessence are very friendly and kind. The treatments are efficient and clear. The support I had from the dental team here was truly touching. Tracey the receptionist has always gone above and beyond for me and Karen’s skills as a dentist are superlative. I was rather shocked when i was told I needed two back molars out but Karen removed them in two minutes flat, displaying calmness and joviality throughout. The whole team are just brilliant and well deserving of the awards that have come their way.

The whole process was super smooth, from start to finish. At each stage I felt looked after, and reassured by all staff from Dr Karen the dentist, through to the staff working at reception who are really friendly and always happy to answer my questions. While my implant was setting in, Dr Karen gave me a temporary crown which looked fab, and made the waiting time completely painless. And when I got the permanent crown fitted I couldn’t be happier. It looks h just like my real tooth. Great care was also taken at each step to make sure it would look great, from using a guide to make sure the implant was put in straight, to going to the lab to do a colour match for the crown. And the results speak for themselves. I cannot recommend Smilessence enough for implants

I was very unhappy with the ‘ivory’ colour of my teeth, so I booked in for a Zoom and home whitening. Nathan put me at my ease immediately, he was caring and professional, explaining all the steps and how to use trays etc. I was really impressed with the result, Smilessence has exceeded my expectations.

Entirely good! The staff are invariably friendly with their personal greeting on arrival and prompt service is always provided to meet the stated start and end times of treatment. Any results discovered during treatment are discussed and a future plan for treatment during subsequent visits is presented. Their work is faultless and seamless!
