My car been in for repairs as oil and water mixing and gearbox making a sound they changed oil cooler but done nothing with gearbox and was meant to change door seal but never did.But my oil still has water init they haven't botherd doing engine flush or clean the caps up so it still looks like still got thedsame problem I will never go back in there again. There so rude.And don't want to listen to me and all we get we look over the car the said they took the car on a test drive but millage is still the same. Don't waste your money go to better dealership.Just rude dealership

Bought a 2022 vauxhall vivaro van.Doors been chaffing on inner edge.(no paint on passenger inner bottom door) Passenger side door has dropped. Drivers door just starting to do same thing now.No such thing as a call back.You have to chase them to get anything done or any updates.Won't do the work under warranty.Wouldn't even tell me that at first. Told me to call vauxhall customer service & try do warranty claim myself at first. Which got no where.No expect door alignment on a van to go out within 18months. It's something than should happen in like 10 years + time of use.If its a service part then why isn't door alignment on servicing intervals to be checked then.Updated. Guess what no such thing as door alignment on front doors on 2022 vauxhall vivaro which I'm told by another vauxhall dealership. Yet again nothing can be done.

Very good service. Always very polite I have been going there for years now. Since I bought my first Corsa in 2004 from there. And then I bought the Corsa I have still got now in 2013. Very happy with the service I get every year.

Amazing service . Dealt with Dan on buying my new van . Couldn’t fault the process , small ding in the van and fresh ply lining was all sorted before collection day . Hoping after sales treatment is equally as good . Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor service and communication. I called twice, at different times, talked to different 2 different members of staff about one little request and they said no problem

Fantastic customer service Bradley was a pleasure to deal with he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly. I have been a customer of this branch for around 20 years and bought 5 cars but I am finished now. The warranty I have had with this car has not been worth the paper it was written on and the latest present I have received is a bill for £1,800 of work supposedly not covered by it.So I am asked by Vauxhall to speak to them and then put in contact with the branch.They call me, I miss their call, call them back that same day and get told they will call me back quickly.That was over a week ago and still no call back from them. Clearly I cannot be that important.

Absolutely shocking service ! Spent a small fortune only for them to say they can't fix my Astra, left me with a dangerous car, and told to search the breakers yards for parts and get it done by someone else. Misinformation and completely incorrect details of what work they'd done and problems fixed.
