Spilt some red wine on a new carpet and called Jeremy to sort it out. We managed to get most of the wine out with lukewarm water and towels, and Jeremy removed the remaining light staining with some precise spot cleaning. Carpet is now spotless again, and I'm no longer in the dog house. Very happy with the service, would recommend.
