Game is a fantastic shop for all the gamers and have a wide range of console games. You can can collect points everytime you shop. They have great deals going all the time and also have a few range of toys they sell there for children.

Ordered a ps5 stand from here. Cost me £5 for click and collect which stated 2 days to pick up. Its been 3 days and my item is stil unshiped. Reason for 2 stars is there's no contact details to ring up . Paid £5 for click and collect and it's late.

I went to take advantage of the very good ps5 offer, by trading in a switch light. I was in a rush as my son needed to go to work. The manager explained that he wasn't meant to be out on the front but helped me as I was in a hurry. The whole process was very easy and my son was very happy. Great service thank you!

It's a GAME. Generic and meh. Can't really fault the place though. Expect it to be 10 to 20% more expensive than online retailers. So for emergencies only.

Nice big store with plenty of choice, just a shame about the staff, they seemed more interested in having a conversation amongst themselves than helping a customer out, it seemed as though I was putting them out by asking for help with something.

Best game selection in Stoke for sure. What holds it back is GAME Newcastle which is also close by. It doesn't have much games compared to Hanley but if you're looking for preowned games, this shop doesn't hold a candle to Newcastle. No steelbooks, more expensive pre-owned stuff in general, despite both being GAME. You're more likely to get a better value in Newcastle than in here. Staff are good tho, and new game selection is deffo better in this shop, as a lot of the new games are often not in stock over there.

Had an issue with a faulty console, and a few replacement units with the same problem, but the staff went out of their way to help and ensure the issue got resolved - can’t thank them enough
