Check box as soon as it delivered. I had no reason to unpack the box as there were no marks when delivered, however when the installer came out 2 weeks later we discovered the door was broken. Initially tried to charge £160 for a new one, but eventually agreed on £80, still left a sour taste in my mouth.Having now had the woodburner installed it was clear the woodburner had been knocked over as all of the inside needed to be put back together, whether this happened preshipping or during delivery I do not know. Your comment below sums up your attitude towards any feedback.

Great service from this company, before we ordered we spoke and emailed Charlotte who was excellent with her advice, from our requirements to ordering. Items were delivered promptly and very well packaged.We are very pleased with the final install and now can't move from in front of the burner!

Excellent product & service. We bought a Stovax Brunel 1A online, which arrived quickly but - sadly - had been damaged in transit. Charlotte (& colleagues) helpfully arranged its replacement speedily & efficiently. This arrived when promised & has now been installed. It's working beautifully & we're delighted with our choice of both product & retailer.

Bought two Charnwood stoves from this firm 18 months ago. Was delighted with the price, the customer service and delivery. Have been really pleased with the performance of the stoves since. Will be adding more stoves as I renovate each room and will buy them from Woodburner Warehouse too.
