Appalling quite happy to share pictures of my mum on here and the responses of the home after an internal investigation if I had known for one minute my mum was to be admitted there the night before lockdown last year i would have her here with me it’s all top show and no CARE

Hello - Something odd seems to be at work here regarding the completely opposite type of reviews .... it is difficult to apprehend how some are so crushingly critical, whilst others are so very praise worthy, all of the same place at a similar time .... I had Mum in here for quite a while and by and large I found the staff to be very efficient and friendly ... yes, residents clothes were often mixed up, but this is not that surprising, as there is a huge amount to clean and most are not properly name tagged .... worth buying the Snappy Tags product which stays on the garments and has a name that cannot rub off .... the staff were quite often looking at their phones, but I found out that most of this was due to them having to read up on what the latest details for residents now was, or to enter details of events for other staff to read .... Anyway, all in all, Mum seemed to be cared for in a satisfactory manner .... Hope residents staying there now will not be too worried by some of the bad reviews !? ....I for one did not recognise the place to be as such .... All the best to the carers who are, by and large, the unsung heroes of the work force in the Care Homes !

I've visited dozens of care homes in my time and this one really is a beautiful care home filled with staff that actually care.

I couldn't possibly leave any other review than that of negative, I only worked for the Provider for a short period, and was moved across the homes. I met some lovely workers, families, and residents. The homes are all very well laid out, they are all colourful (the majority). The only negative would be the Senior Management in the organisation. There is very much a bullying culture from the above that cascades through the organisation. Whilst the care is second to none, there is no professionalism or sympathy from the Senior Management, this is across the board from workers to families of loved ones. There does need to be serious changes in the organisation from the top as only then will there be positive changes which would then bring a positive culture to the organisation.

Appalling. Don't put your loved ones through it... just don't. They mix up residents clothes, workers are on their phones sat down most of the time, doctors appointments are delayed deliberately and the conduct of senior management is disgusting. HUGE safeguarding issues here.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocking is only how I can describe it. just left in one main room all day, with carers sat on their phones, and absolutely no stimulation for the residents. Dirty clothes, and clothes all mixed up. very distressing.

Great friendly place with good staff always smileing willing to help
