Happy Me Parenting

I found Fiona through a Google search and this was the best thing that could have ever happened for my son. Her parent coaching has literally revolutionised how I parent, it’s allowed me to build a safe, strong, close and healthy relationship with my son whilst holding boundaries in a conscious caring way. My son has SPD and it’s been especially crucial for us to have this relationship so we can meet his needs. I cannot recommend Fiona enough and I would encourage any parents to invest in your family by working with her.

We invested in our family with Fiona last year, we’ve never looked back. Our mindsets have been transformed, and my household is now more peaceful and conscious. It’s always work In progress but Fiona has played such a crucial part in that, So much so we decided to work long term with her. Not only have our parenting styles been united but our relationships have grown stronger and I’ll never be able to thank you Fiona enough. X

Fiona is a wonderful parenting coach! She helped me to gain more confidence in knowing how to respond to my children in a more connected way during those really challenging moments. Working with Fiona was a pleasure. She helped us to understand how we should communicate with our son, how we should hold space for his feelings, remain calm when he has tantrums and always show unconditional love.
