I had a leaking water pipe within the concrete floor of my downstairs toilet. My insurance provider said they didn't have any contractors which could do the work and all the plumbers I contacted, either said they weren't interested, or didn't reply. This meant we needed to temporarily move out of our house which my autistic daughter found very stressful and upsetting.When I contacted Dean, he was very sympathetic and helpful and came round within an hour. He quickly dug up my floor, found the leak with minimal mess and fixed it. He also listened to my preference for the materials used to fix the pipe, even though it wasn't his personal preference. The price he charged was also extremely reasonable.I can't thank Dean enough for his quick professional service, which has allowed us to move back in, which has made my daughter very happy. I will definitely be recommending Dean to others and will be using him again in the future.

When my boiler failed with no central heating or hot water and leaking water Dean talked me through a couple of basic checks which helped him identify the possible cause of the problem.Despite having a full schedule of work for the week he was able to fit in a visit and repair the boiler.
