They didn't put baby powder on my skin before waxing, they left some hair on me and I left the salon crying, bleeding, bruised and in pain. The oil they use to clean you from the wax burns your skin. I've never been to a salon with such low standards and I won't be coming back.

I have gone to do my hair there. Despite I've said a couple of time to cut only ends of my hair and straight In one length , she started doing her own way trying to do the layers what I haven't asked for ! Anyway now my hair is not straight at all. I need to wait to grow it as she did the layers on the left side because I told her to stop. I won't give only one star as I haven't paid for it . But it ruined my hairstyle.

This won't let me have no stars but this place is very disappointing especially when you pay £28 to have nails done but they started bubbling within 2 days and all they done was buffer the parts then cover with top coat and you can still see where it been buffered and I ain't happy at all they should of took all the nails off and replaced them with fresh acrylic and nails its a joke I wouldn't even advise anyone to go their and they also won't offer a refund back either

I had a pedicure by Raman and it was amazing, she took her time and gave my legs/feet a really nice massage. I then got my feet and hands painted with normal polish. Would recommend for a pedicure!!!It cost me £38 for both not gel

Sonia was amazing. Very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Takes her time to get the job done the best way. Prices were very affordable too. Will definitely be back!

went in there today as a walk in and was served as soon as i got in despite other customers already in there which was really nice, also staff were very nice and friendly and did my nails exactly how i wanted with acrylics and french tips and a couple other details as well. overall really great and quick service and the price is soooo good especially compared to alot of other salons!! i will defo be coming back

Alway come for backmassage as often as I can for metal well being and relaxation also help with tension in my shoulders because of my job it not expensive and lady is lovely highly recommend coming !

Friendly staff, mediocre service bad time management. Over 3.5 hours for manicure and pedicure, as the one staff multitasking with other walk-in customers. Probably okay if you have nothing planned for the day.
