Hey Baby 4D Hull

Just had an amazing experience at hey baby Hull. Booked a gender scan and everything was so easy to book and staff was very friendly. It's not often I would leave a review but really wanted to on this occasion i we was so impressed with our experience and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you Hey Baby

We went for a 17 week reassurance scan and if we were lucky, the gender too. It’s got a really comfy little waiting room with water and sweets available, and the receptionist was really friendly.Being plus size, i was worried they wouldn’t be able to see much, or the scan being uncomfortable, but I shouldn’t have worried, as it was all fine and we got some lovely images. The sonographer Jo was brilliant, she talked us through everything we were seeing on the screen, it was definitely reassuring! We found out the gender too which was a lovely bonus. Thank you, highly recommend!

Absolutely horrendous company! Paid a deposit for a scan which was fine. Then later on in the pregnancy my partner unfortunately suffered a miscarriage. We contacted hey baby and explained to them what happened and to get our deposit back to be told that we wouldn’t be getting our deposit back despite what happened and that “the deposit will stay on our account until my partner falls pregnant again and then we can ring up and rebook”! Wow talk about complete lack of compassion and understanding! This company does not care at all about personal circumstances and is solely interested in money and nothing else. Never had a worse experience and customer service does not exist. Save your time and effort with this company and go with ultrasound direct who we have had dealings with previously and are much more professional and customer focused rather than being solely focused on money and how much they can get out of you.

I feel I have to share my experience incase anyone else is thinking of going through the gender scan with this company. This company is well known for getting it wrong!!!We arrived at our gender scan, very nervous/excited all in one. We wanted to keep the gender a secret as we were getting some cupcakes made up for a gender reveal video for the baby.We had asked numerous times if the lady could definitely see if we’re having a boy or a girl & she said definitely & checked after I moved about just to double check. We got the cupcakes & we’re delighted to find out we were having a girl! We told family & friends and started buying a couple little bits. I even told people how relieved I was with having a girl.Today we went for our 20 week scan to be told we were told wrong- we were actually having a boy. They then guessed where the scan was as they have a name in the hospital for getting it wrong!!!!Obviously we were very happy baby is all healthy & growing nicely however was in complete shock as we were told the opposite 1 month prior. We’re aware it’s not 100% but she seemed so certain on the day!!!!I’m just really shocked & when you get your head around having one gender for 4 weeks & then told they have a name for getting it wrong I would hate for others to be in the same position- I have told friends to cancel their scans here & do believe the lady doing this should go for further training as you don’t want the name of this company getting any worse.

We came for a 4D scan today and we had such a lovely experience! We were greeted by the lovely ladies on reception and seen straight away. Baby played ball very well and we were able to capture some amazing photographs. We were scanned by Emanuel and would highly recommend coming to meet your little one. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience all the staff we met were lovely and friendly. The scan itself was magical and we are so happy that we went for the 3d pictures of our babies. It was beautiful to see our twins personalities starting to develop.

Would highly recommend, we've arrived at the clinic early, after some challenges in the morning, they were happy to take us in earlier.The lady/ midwife that had seen us today was amazing. Went above and beyond for us, due to our baby not wanting to budge and was facing the other way, took us a while but we got there. Everyone in Hey Baby is super patient, understanding and just happy to help. If you can go private please do so, can't wait to meet the baby girl!

Such an amazing place would highly recommend. This is my 3rd baby and I had never had private scans before so was unsure what to expect. I have had 3 scans, an early reasurance, gender and 4d. Every scan was done by a different sonographer and all were amazing. I did the gender reveal with the lights, a special memory i will never forget finding out i am having my first girl. The whole scan is such a special experience from the second you walk through the door, I would highly recommend to everyone. My baby was not always In the easiest position but they were patient and took the time explaining everything they were doing and got amazing photos to cherish. Worth every penny. The ladies on the front desk were lovely, so kind and welcoming and make you feel at ease. I am so glad I decided to go here.
