Do not order from them!I have waited over three months, everyone in this company is extremely rude and not helpful at all. No one has once said sorry". Atrocious customer "service" via email and phone. Tips for eveyone else in the same situation: I have raised claims with Klarna and will be getting my money back. I will also be reporting this fraud company."

I don't usually write reviews but I am extremely dissastisfied with this experience. Very poor customer service. Ordered a £1200 sign with them, with little to no correspondance. When phoning them, I always got a 'promise' that someone would call me back which they never did.Paid for the order in full on March 9th with a delivery date advised of 21st March. After a few excuses of delays, we were advised it would be 22nd March. The sign never arrived. More excuses and weeks passed by, with constant follow up emails and calls from me with little to no responses.Finally sign was delivered 4th April, but with no LED driver to power the system. So now I have spent a further £120 sourcing a driver on my own and £150 to get the electrician back to site, as Neon87 still aren't responding to me and I need to get this sign installed. I can't wait around forever for Neon87's response.They offered £250 credit towards my next order - as if there would be a next order, this humoured me. Sign companies in the UK are a dime a dozen. AVOID NEON87 AT ALL COSTS!What a let down!

Messed up our order twice and then ignored calls / emails for 2 weeks. Promised a free neon and then ignored me for a over a month. I've been polite but this business is just poorly run. AVOID!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Customer service and communication is non-existent. No email reply. No call back. The receptionists duties are questionable considering she cannot do anything other than request a call back that you'll never receive or suggest you send an email that will happily be ignored. Called to request a cancellation and was told.... You guessed it... We'll get a call back. Also told that they are changing warehouse so maybe that's why we haven't received our order.Would have been nice to be told. Since the order we've had 1 email over 4 weeks ago. When paying over £500 for stripe of LED shaped into letters you'd expect better communication.

We have ordered from Neon 87 previously and everything was fine, so reordered from them for the opening of a new area within our business.I have been waiting nearly 2 months for an order placed on a 1-2 week delivery service. We have had to delay our opening day in the hope it will arrive.Don't order from this company if you have a deadline to meet as you will only receive a generic response when chasing your order. It really is unfortunate as the lights themselves are perfect just their customer service and unrealistic delivery times let them down.

Failed to deliverI was lucky enough to win a giveaway where Neon87 were providing the prize. After notification of winning Neon87 dissapeared, no communication or replies to numerous emails sent to them, no prize, they just vanished.Reading other replies here seems as though its not an isolated case of not delivering and no comunication.

Ordered a bespoke sign through the website which did not state the height. In being sent the proof to approve, the sign will only be 10 cm tall, which I did not find out until after I had ordered, which is way too small for the space it is for. I have not approved the proof sent and they still will not let me cancel. Neon87 will not refund me and making me buy a sign I do not want. Do not use them.

OMG..... I would even give them a million stars.Simply put:- Bloody great service, even when I asked for tweeks, alterations and add on’s. They always replied “no problem”.- Great price.- Great quality.- Great communication from start all the way through to delivery.- I love love love my design.Would defo use the again.Thanks Elouise and the whole crew.

We bought our neon sign to use at our wedding.Andy was soo helpful and replied to our emails so quickly. Any questions we had, he answered them and assured us he knew exactly what we wanted.Our sign arrived two weeks later and it’s so amazing we have put it up in the house and it totally exceeded our expectations!Can’t thank the guys at Neon87 enough!!

UPDATED: Very slow at delivering orders, always an excuse for why its late. If you ring their phone number you get a call handling company and not Neon 87 and they just take a message.
