Shenley Church End Post Office

Incredibly rude when I visited to post an important letter where I needed it to be tracked and signed. I asked about the different prices for 1st and 2nd class it seemed to irritate her and her attitude was very poor. The letter I posted also never reached the destination for which Royal Mail did provide me with a book of stamps as compensation. I'm not sure why it never reached but I will never be using this post office again. It seems from the other (many) reviews that this sort of behaviour happens on a regular basis. It is not acceptable.

Well, none of the other reviews are telling lies the woman who wears the glasses, dark hair is extremely rude. But I do not think she cares, she must be a family member or hates working.The tall slim man is very polite and engages with the customers, to be honest they know they are in a location where people will use them for convenience.But I prefer going to Bletchley post office as they are friendly and they have a man that must be the manager and definitely knows what customer service is all about. I do not live far and rather go to Bletchley then deal with a person who is rude and does not know about the Equality Act 2010.The more people review this post office at Shenley Church End, might force them to pay attention to customer service.

Arrogant and unfriendly without fail! on every occasion so, no excuses of a bad day. Relieved reading other reviews that it's not personal to me and, that they really are just a sad couple of miserable souls, with no ability to be kind or even try. I am not expecting my parcel to arrive at it's destination and, will be reporting to Royal mail for back up. I will not be stepping foot in this post office again, it is more like it is being occupied than managed! I've never known anything like it and, so consistently too!!! If you check all other reviews, the description of the rude people (the lady with glasses and the skinny pointy faced man) are accurate. Vile customer service and a very unwelcome experience without fail, every. single. time. the same two people! Sick to my stomach that they get away with treating customers so vile.

I do not recommend this Post Office which is actually inside a Bargain Booze… so there we go. Anyway, to start off with she was on her mobile phone and it seemed like I inconvenienced her. She was very rude and unhelpful when I queried the price of the postage. Her attitude did not help. So I left and went to an actual Post Office because that experience is not what I would usually get from a Post Office. I looked at the reviews before I went there thinking people were exaggerating. Turns out they were all spot on!

Turned up at ten minutes to 7 to post something only to be told they close at 7 and wouldn't let us in! And the website said they closed at 9! Unbelievable. Will not be using this place again.

This place gets slated for lack of warm welcome, but provides an incredibly important service in our area, especially for people with no transport to get into the city centre and elsewhere.The environment is rather drab and the staff don't look like they enjoy their work time there...and who would be to be honest?Again, it is so important thank you for being there.Some of the people leaving comments here really should reflect before and imagine life without this convenience store and post office, particularly if you have no transport to go elsewhere. Driving or taking public transport into the city for the post office is really not a joy either.Thank you so much for being there and serving the community especially during antisocial hours and the rest of the privileged people like to be wrapped up in their warm houses in the comfort of their sofas.

I had a very horrible experience with the person at the post office till, he was very dismissive and quite rude to me. He didn’t bother to listen to me when I was explaining my return policy and continued to shut me down asking about a QR code, need something to be done about this unless I will not be coming back.

I hate this post office due to negative vibes in there, the lady with the glasses very intimidating, very rude and unhelpful she’s like a Terminator the whole stuff are weird and horrible I wish this post office will shut down for good!

9.10 in the morning 15 parcels to send. Polite and friendly as always. Never once had an issue with any of the post office staff here.

Bought some Euros here today. Great customer service and a very friendly lady who served me. Much better than Emerson valley.
