Bouncy castle was clean, delivered on time and removed at the agreed time for my sons 6th birthday party. Children loved it! Communication with the company regarding our requirements/payment options was clear. Will use again.

Booked Banstead Bouncers for my daughter's 4th birthday party. Super easy to book and very polite. Arrived dead on time to the venue and set up was super quick, my daughter was amazed. Very clean and trustworthy. A big thank you to Banstead Bouncers for such a positive experience and fab service.

We booked a very last minute bouncy castle and they were able to accommodate. The delivery was on time and the team were understanding as we were delayed in getting into the venue. Bouncy castle was great and kids loved it! Collection was also on time. Will definitely use again, thank you!

Brilliant experience. I hired pirate fun run and gladiator game. Had 25kids and 15 adults in my garden. Service provided on time. Kids said it was the best birthday they have ever been to. One kid kept saying this every 10min (-; they all run constantly for 7h …. I would repeat it any time ..professional delivery and fairly good communication also flexible …I changed date twice

Had a great 4th birthday party thanks to Banstead Bouncers. Booked online, no deposit required with great communication. You can also cancel without charge too!! We were given a time slot for delivery and set up which was spot on. Only took about 15 minutes for the guys to set up. The castle we had was a my little pony castle. It was very clean and in very good condition. They came to collect on time as well which only took about 10 minutes to pack back up. Couldn't be happier with the service overall with friendly staff all the way through.UPDATE.. After being promised a discount to use BB again for a good review, we tried to book again. No discount offered. Still stand by the review above, but don't think you'll get a discount for leaving a good review...

Banstead Bouncers was fab! They arrived on time, set up quickly and efficiently and arrived on time to set down and did so perfectly as well. When they arrived they cleaned everything which was fab and super reassuring. We had their soft play and it was amazing and varied. So much stuff at such a good price and the babies absolutely loved it! The packages are really good value and I will deffo be using them again next year. The best company I looked into locally!

These guys were amazing. Arrived way before the event started and promptly at the end. The package I got from them was perfect for the kids and their hoppercarz are a big hit with adults and kids. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. Thanks again.

Used them for my daughter’s birthday party. The bouncy castle arrived on time, booking was straightforward and the staff was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I paid for two bouncy castles last year. One was an obstacle course and one was a normal castle. After about 30 minutes of the obstacle course being up my daughter (who was turning 7) ran up to me saying there is a hole and she nearly fell in. When I came out to look there was a gap in the seam at the top of the slide. The size and position of the gap meant that a child could have fallen down there and would have landed on the ground. We immediately unplugged the castle and couldn't use it for the party. This was witnessed by about 5 other adults, who can attest to it.When the company came to pick the castle up, I told them what had happened. The older of the two men said he would 'sort me out next year'. I said ok and reiterated that we had no use of the castle. I should have insisted on a refund but I accepted this and didn't leave a negative review on this basis. I have now come to this year's birthday party. I tried for a week to contact the company and there was no answer. When I finally got through yesterday, Peter said they were fully booked until weeks from now. I asked for a refund or some money back instead and he refused. He has sent texts lying about what happened and saying the gap was smaller than it was.I really would avoid them completely. If you do use them and something breaks get it in writing and get your money back at the time! I gave the benefit of the doubt and I should have reviewed and reported them at the time, which was my mistake as children were endangered.Liars, cowboys and more interested in money than safety.
