If I could score this dealership a zero I would. The communication and customer service is diabolical and I can guarantee I won't be purchasing my next car from here. Five emails sent without reply. Incorrect fault diagnosis costing me £100s and health checks with conflicting information. They may be good when you're purchasing your new car but unfortunately not so good afterwards.

I’ve tried 4 times to get my car booked in for the safety recall which is outstanding. 2 phone calls and 2 email / web enquiries. Not a single response. I’d complain about the service but there wasn’t any!Although it will be quite an inconvenience, I am now forced to look elsewhere (and for future servicing too)

I’ve recently purchased a new Jaguar F-Pace from Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Stockton. I was guided through the full process of test drive, vehicle configuration, finance, asset protection insurance, purchase and vehicle handover by Retail Sales Specialist Justin Devine. I found Justin to be very knowledgeable about the technical specification of the car and all matters financial; he explained everything clearly and patiently answered all mine and my wife’s questions. Throughout our dealings with Justin, he was always professional, relaxed, friendly, polite and courteous. Our car was delivered on the expected date and looks immaculate. We are very pleased with our new car and the purchasing experience through this dealership. Great customer service from Justin and Jaguar.

Absolutely awful customer service.Service department shocking, incompetent at fixing my car. Told me after I had a breakdown on the motorway and had to be recovered that nothing was wrong with my car. Kept it in for 2 weeks doing “tests” after which my car broke down again a week later. Rang Jaguar head office- also awful customer service. Said they would open a case but did nothing. Worst was Mike the manager who did not take it serious at all. Rang him several times to be constantly told he was in meetings/ on his lunch. No urgency whatsoever. What a joke. Unnecessary stress for me during pregnancy. Would never recommend to family and friends. Incompetent and completely useless.

I have purchased 9 cars through this dealership in 14 years…always helpful and have always given me a good deal. I will still buy more !! I am treated with respect and staff always remember my name. The manager has always remembered me, over 14years..that means a lot , and that is why I will always be brand loyal. Ladies at reception offered me tea and cake while my car was being worked on. Always greet you when you arrive. Excellent manner , super friendly and very knowledgeable around the car and what needed fixing etc. Excellent help and service for servicing our Freelander 2. Agent leading my service fantastic help and really informative during the whole process.

I called this garage to ask how to check the oil in my 2015 xf. The woman told me to read the hand book. This is a jaguar dealer!!!!. It's not been a great experience owning this xf. There is no dip stick to check the oil. No low oil warning light. So, my engine blew up. Iv just have to have a replacement engine at a cost of nearly £5000.
