I took in a piece of artwork I've been given, but as I haven't decided where to hang it yet, I couldn't decide what kind of frame I wanted.Paul suggested just having it stretched over a canvas for now, as it's cheaper and can be framed later on if I decide I'd prefer that.There was no hurry, but I was told it would probably be ready the next day, and sure enough I had a text a few hours later saying it was done.I think it was good value and I received excellent service from both him and Maria, as I have on previous occasions a few years back.Highly recommend them.

I've taken several of my posters/pictures here and the customer service and final finish has always been excellent. Always on hand to advise on frame selection and borders, every mount has been spot on. Can't rate this place highly enough.

We only came across this shop by chance as my baby and I are currently staying at my mums whilst our extension is being built. I am so glad we were this neck of the woods! I went into the shop with Olive's tapestry for framing and they advised that they don't stretch the fabric as it's time consuming and would cost the customer too much in the long run. They then showed me how to stretch the fabric to a decent standard, how to lace the back and provided me with the board that I needed to pin the fabric to. I returned having stretched the fabric and they took the time to pick a coloured border with me and what frame to go for as well. Less than a week later and my daughters tapestry had been framed and looks amazing! We couldn't be happier with the end result. Excellent customer service and excellent framing too.

I have been using this shop for many years, and the “end product” never fails to impress with its quality and reasonable cost, no matter what type of product it is. I have just had a variety of items completed – DVD (music as well) from usb; various prints ranging from 2.3” x 3.5” + 6” x 4” + 7” x 5” + 10” x 8” – all top quality and with mount surrounds; from an email transfer of 2 movies and photo to usb and a montage of 9 photo images in a bespoke frame (with hanging hook). The latter was of very special memories, so to have such a beautiful framed picture hung on the wall really means a lot.I cannot sing the praises of both Marie and Paul – their expertise is awesome and their customer service – professional yet friendly. For me (as I am not particularly tech-wise), their patience is very important too, and although they are usually busy with customers, they still give time to discuss and offer advice too. Their communication of when products can be collected from the shop is well honed too.To sum up: Outstanding service and outstanding quality of end products.

Paul and Maria have expertly framed many of our pictures, helpfully suggesting mounts and frames when we were uncertain. We have always been pleased with the results and I was especially grateful for their recent expertise in framing an applique and embroidery project.
