Looking at the reviews wow I'm shocked, if your looking for decent,well paid and solid work chef results is the one . Been working with Sean bosley for nearly 2 years now and keeps me busy. Honestly great agency to work for. Just do the jobs given to you with 100 percent effort and passion then these guys well keep you on your feet full stop....

I have to pick a star level, just to be able to post this.If you want to know how professional an outfit these guys are here is my story......I'm three months redundant with my first baby due in 6 weeks.I had my details passed to Sean by an ex-employee of his. Without any interview, or checking of ANY of my work or education history I was asked to go to carry out a three week secondment, as a chef, to the Isle of Wight and most importantly it seemed, how soon could I be there.I would have to check my diary, but this was on the Tuesday / Wednesday. I was, as imaginable, very happy, despite the distance from my home of Lancashire. So I informed him after making enquiries as to the viability that I could be there by FridayUpon having to borrow money, from the taxpayer, I shelled out for chef's whites, more knives, train travel to and from Southampton. I have ended up paying for the ferry that I have in writing, was to be paid for.I will cut this short, but I arrived on-site and was shown to my quarters. There were a couple of easily resolvable issues to my mind. They surrounded hygiene, security and apparently, when questioned, my own personal state of sobriety was brought into question.The issue was (I believed) had been resolved that evening on-site.I woke up on the Saturday to be told I was leaving site, at the direction of the Senior Group Exec Chef A man or Woman that I had no dealings with.It became apparent on speaking to the on-site head chef that I was somewhere between the 6th to 8th member of staff they had taken in a row from Chef Results. It also turned out, in the words of the client that the fore-runners had been somewhat sub-standard in a varied manner of ways.This left me at 10am on Saturday morning with £25 in my pocket and the prospect of getting up to North Lancashire.Sean would not answer the telephone, but would reply to a text to tell me I was being left out in the dark so to speak.To this date and knowing my personal circumstances there has been no attempt to fulfil my request of full or partial re-imbursement for travel or other expenses, despite multiple requests. Baring in mind these funds would not have been borrowed or spent. if due process had been followed then I would not have been offered the post.In summary, I was left high and dry, 300 miles from home, with NO WAGES, NO EXPENSES COVERED AND NO CARE SEEMING TO BE GIVEN. OH AND £400 IN DEBT WHILST REDUNDANT AND SIX WEEKS FROM A BABY BEING BORN.THANK YOU FOR NOTHING. I HOPE YOU FEEL PROUD.
