Had a wonderful experience this morning in Up + Running. Helen asked me a few questions and picked out some trainers she thought would suit my needs. She was top notch! Called in recently for the first time with a voucher to spend. Had a brief chat with Chris and I explained I'd got a voucher and I was just having a bit of a look around. I tried on a couple of pairs on Goodr sunglasses and went with a pair of those.I did overhear a couple of interactions with other customers whilst I was looking round. Although I'm no expert, I have been running consistently for over 5 years and it sounded like great advice to me. Friendly, informative and not pushy. I'd recommend a visit!

I just want to give a big thank you to Laura today for all her help. I went in looking for a pair of trainers to start my running journey. She gave me a wide range of options, analysed my running ability on the treadmill and finally I made the decision to get the New Balance 1080's. Great customer based service and very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely amazing service!The staff were super friendly and clearly had extensive knowledge about running. Helped me get the right shoes for me that fit comfortably and had padding in the right areas. I now no longer have any pain while running long distance! :)

Staff are very friendly and helpful even if you're not buying anything just yet. Diverse selection and they know what products to guide you to if you're transitioning between different types of running, like from road to fell for example. An employee gave amazing advice on routes to explore as a newcomer.

Visited as I’m part way through the Couch to 5k and decided it’s time to invest in some proper running shoes. I didn’t catch her name but a young lady welcomed me, quickly explained what she can do and got me on the treadmill. 15 mins later, a few different shoes tried on, I’d found some super comfy footwear that help with the overpronation she told me I have. Very well priced shoes so I’m pretty damn pleased.Oh and I just got a PB for my first time running in the shoes. Very happy with the service and shoes I was recommended.
