Not very helpful at all.. very disrespectful. They do not work as a team. You are told one thing by one person and then something else by another.

absalute VILE company. DO NOT RECCOMEND. avoid if possible.

Terrible. Poorly organised. They move tenants in without permission days before they agreed. They’ll treat your property as if they own it and not you. They’re rude and give awful advice. If you’re a landlord I strongly recommend you avoid. The amount of stress they incur isn’t worth the hassle.

Hi , I’d like to thank all the team at landlord Lettings agency for starters & especially David , he is very professional & has been doing this a long time ! He taken alot of stress off me so far & im looking forward to bringing my other houses out from Peter Alan over to landlord lettings agent asap …. as they’re by far a so much better agency , At this very early stage .!So far iv had fantastic vibes from them & has been dealt with at a high levelThanks so much all of youRegards Byron owens

I feel that LLC seem to be more landlord & landlady centric, hence the name, and I felt that they added much more unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation on both occasions we had to deal with them.We only had to deal with them for moving in, and out of the property, and dealt directly with the landlord most of the time.Good point - They were fairly reasonable with the deposit, only taking money due to the oven not being as clean as it was when we moved in which was fair and true.

DON'T USE THEM !!! THIEVES !! After had a lot of problems with the boiler for months, they didn't care. After I left, after my contract finished, they didn't wanted to pay my deposit back and requested the court via secure deposit website I thought is safe. Now I have part of my money back but they put that against my credit score that now is dropped dramatically as they pretend I owe them money. The worst company ever!!!!

We rented a property from this company over 2 years ago. The reason we had to leave the property we were in was because the ceiling in the kitchen was so close to falling down due to a leak in the bathroom on top. They got their own builders out after constantly being on their case and having environmental health out etc. when the builders arrived they showed us the leak & problem & said they were going to tell this company the problem etc but again heard nothing from them. So I rung them, the company tried saying that there isn’t a leak or a problem… right so the builder (who’s trained in the matter) is wrong then is he ??? We had a new born baby at the time and they knew this! Was extremely dangerous.2+ years on… they’ve now taken a months rent out of our bank account, moneys tight as it is.. and is now saying they didn’t & it wasn’t them?? On the bank statement it clearly says ‘the landlord letting company’ & its the exact amount our rent was when we lived there. It’s ridiculous.Avoid at all costs!!!! They’re the worst company I have ever come across

Absolutely careless people.When I was moving out I had my own van and ask them if they want me to leave furniture which was in perfect condition or I can take it to charity shop.They told me that is ok to leave it but then they charge me ridiculous money for removal company.(they know all ticks).Also I had constant fight with them with boiler they don't want to spend 1peny to fix anything.They will always find excuses but not solution.I know they will respond to my review with some made up story that what they do the best

We have been with The Landlords Letting Company for a number of years. The service that we have received has always been very professional, and helpful,nothing has been too much trouble for them. The advice and guidance received has been of the up most quality. The staff are very friendly and courteous at all times.We can't speak highly enough of them.
