Brilliant garage, have no idea what the other reviews are saying as I've always been very happy. My dads used then for years, and my sister, and now me. Very quick, get the job done and at a good price.

I have used Oak Auto's for years, I have never experienced any rudeness, they are friendly and polite, they do a good job, for a good price, never had any issues. The owner is one of the most genuine I have ever met!.

Fantastic customer service and quickly resolved an issue that's been bugging me for a while. Ian definitely knows his stuff! Aside from that issue, he even went the extra mile to add a screw that had come loose and a bit of WD40 on a hinge while he was under the bonnet, simple things but that extra care and attention goes a long way. Would definitely recommend and return.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. (only thing I will say is I took my car for a MOT and after picking it up I noticed occasional knocking noise coming from the rear. After a couple of days the lower part of my rear coil spring 'Vauxhall Astra' snapped off. I suspect it must have atleast been cracked prior to having the test. No big deal, easy enough to fix and would have been a lot cheaper than it failing the MOT on a snapped spring) other than this, no complaints at all.

I have been using oak autos for many years now first with my Renault Megan and now my kids 7 seater. One year I my Husband had been receiving radiotherapy for cancer and I had forgotten about the mot this was the 22 December they put my car in on Christmas eve even though it was a half day and worked so hard to hav my car finished and passed by lunch time. I have never been able to thank them enough and they tell you a price and it is very much comes in on that amount. This year I have had to postpone it twice due to the fact that I am still looking after my husband who is in remission and I have just been diagnosed with cancer myself and they will do everything for me and will let je know the price first. Although there are garages nearer Oakengates autos have never ripped me off and always been polite and fantastic

Have always used Oak Autos for my cars ever since I started driving, I can easily phone up of a morning, drop my car off and pick it up at the end of the day. The car I have has always gone in needing repair and comes out fixed.Lads are great to get on with, very approachable. Thoroughly recommend!
