Having recently bought our bungalow through William H Brown in Woodbridge, we were so impressed with the excellent customer service we received! Ashleigh, Sharon, Nicola and the whole team were brilliant! They kept us informed at every stage. They were very approachable, friendly and professional. We thank you all very much!

The team, David, Sharon and Daisy were all polite and friendly and very professional. From listing through to a successful sale they kept us completely up to date with regular calls and feedback making us feel confident with their service. They managed to arrange plenty of viewings, navigating their way through the holiday lets and COVID.We would totally recommend to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property in the Woodbridge area.

Unfortunately i didn't have the best experience with William H Brown.I had found a property i liked and went to view it. this property was a project, a project i was happy with. after asking the estate agent if it was structurally safe to live in he assured us that a survey had been done on the house by the owner to confirm it was, and that this paperwork would be given when it came to having the house assessed.after paying the £465 valuation fee i was assured by the same estate agent that the seller would be getting the paperwork straight over to them as soon as he was back from holiday.during this time i went back to the property to measure up certain areas. at this point i was told by the estate agent that he was in the naughty corner" at work and was going to be leaving

Most Estate Agents are very good at their job but Eleanor and Lee at William H Brown are so friendly, knowledgeable and not in any way pushy. I must be a nightmare for an Estate Agent as I cannot make up my mind but I have never been made to feel uncomfortable in my lack of decision making. I have been looking now for 3 years and only just found something I think will work for me. All I can say is William H Brown are an agent I would be happy to use again. They will be with you for as long as it takes.
