Isle Valley Vets, Yeovil

I cannot recommend Gilly at Isle Valley Vets highly enough. My pup picked up a really nasty tummy bug and I was so worried, but Gilly was so helpful and reassuring over the telephone and very quickly and efficiently sorted out a treatment plan. My pup then kindly passed on his bug to his big brother and the very next day Gilly rode to the rescue again to sort out treatment for big brother too. I really cannot thank her enough for her kindness and understanding and for being so brilliant at her job. Thank you so much, Gilly!

First time attending this practice, staff pleasant and polite. Easy to find and park.

Easy to get an appointment. We were seen promptly and efficiently. We were reminded by text of our appointment. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the dog had lots of fuss and treats. Would recommend.

Great vets for cats. I always make use of the cat waiting room. Always had good service and vets that are confident dealing with my occasionally feisty cat!

Exception service today. Emergency appointment with my cats paw. Told they would fit him in between patients but was seen very very quickly. Whilst I was there there was an emergency with another animal so the vet had to rush off (rightly so). The receptionist came and made sure we were ok. He they took my cat to be clipped and treated, staying with him and offering cuddles. Amazing experience thanks

Isle Valley have always made time to see our pets as soon as we have had concerns. They are friendly, caring, compassionate and professional - from the minute you enter to the minute you leave.

We had to have our beautiful cat Bonnie put to sleep last night and we were so upset as she was a very special little cat. How can we express in words the absolute care and compassion our beautiful girl was shown by Claire. An awful situation made so much better by a lovely soul who we believe to be an earth Angel. Our gratitude to such an amazing vet and all round amazing lady, will stay with her forever. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Claire.

I had a worrisome situation with my cat Benji this morning and was seen the same day by Nicholas who was lovely with B. They took a blood sample and gave me fantastic advice in his consultation. His blood tests were complete within the hour and I was able to collect his medication and provide a urine sample the same day - with his urine results and confirmed diagnosis given that evening!! Absolutely incredible service and with such care and kindness to B the whole time. Their cat reception is a huge perk and all my cats feel comfortable here. Always fantastic service with lovely vets who genuinely care. Thank you for keeping my cats healthy and looking out for them <3
