Bulmers Letting Letting Agents Malton

I've been looking for a property for a few weeks and the only person to treat me like anything other than a number or something to organise, so far, was Clare at Bulmers. Renting somewhere by yourself can be so stressful and kindness goes a long way.

I will not say the company isn't good but if you do rent from them be weary of there rules regulations for renting.They are strict and you won't see your deposit back that's for sure.

I recently appointed Bulmers to manage the letting of my property. They have been so efficient and helpful and I had a tenant moving in very quickly after instructing them. I am looking forward to working with them in the future as I opted for the fully managed service.

UPDATE: STILL WAITING 2.5 YEARS LATER.Still waiting on a bond issue to be dealt with from March 2021, yes, 16 months ago! Trying to charge us for carpet cleaning even though the inventory clearly stated dog urine on carpets before we moved in and, miraculously no dog urine stains when we moved out. Landlord was aware of us cleaning the carpets. Bulmers made aware of proof we owned a professional carpet cleaner for our cleaning business. There reason for saying the carpets wasn’t cleaned, no ‘v’ shaped marks on the floor. Our cleaner wouldn’t leave these said marks as it is a wash and dry type. They’ve been given overwhelming evidence and yet still keeping the bond 16 months on. We was warned by friends not to go with bulmers of bond issues and they’ve been proven true.

I was excited to let an apartment from bulmers letting, I had a good and memorable service. I am delighted.

Fantastic, easy flexible and a very smooth process of changing homes for me due to Bulmers fantastic smiley staff (special shout out to Clare). I haven’t had such fast and easy-going process - it was a pleasure from first viewing till getting keys and a pack of goodies from Bulmers (great small surprise). Highly recommend!

I received a very efficient service from Bulmers Letting Agency. They kept me up to date with the letting process with regular emails and phone calls. and were quick to respond to any queries. Loved the little welcome box with goodies....nice touch.

For my wife, Kasia and I, the early stages of hunting to find a suitable house to rent created much anxiety - a sense of anxiety that had not been lessened by the fact that we were required to move within six weeks. From the very first occasion when we discovered a house advertised by Bulmers on Northwood Lane [in the Matlock area] their economic style of advertising - itself providing us with just the right information to attract us to the property – very much excited us both at the prospect of visiting it. We liked the fact that on our first visit we met with the owner, who talked us through what was available, and gave us a little background. It became obvious from the way the owner had been working to clear parts of the garden, that much work, care, and concern had been invested in preparing the let in readiness for new tenants. We had been greatly impressed by the speed at which the whole transaction - involving form filling, checking our details, references etc., - had been completed. Indeed, the form we first completed, providing all the necessary details for Bulmers, proved the simplest to complete that we had ever experienced. Moreover, immediately prior to moving into the house, we arranged for a second meeting, via Bulmers, with the owner in order that we could take measurements for our furniture. And, on the day when the transaction was completed we met with the agent from Bulmers who took us through the paperwork and checked every detail with a level of professionalism that made everything feel quite relaxed. Indeed, the entire process gifted us both with considerable confidence in the authenticity of the transaction and the process of negotiation, which is exactly what is required in moving into a rented property. In summary, then, in our experience the way Bulmers handled every element of the whole process has been exemplary. The professionalism with which they had handled the process served every day to ease gradually our initial sense of anxiety. It is a measure of Bulmers' success in the quality of guidance they provided throughout the negotiations that within just a few weeks we already feel very much at home in the property.
