Outstanding installation. Replaced 20 year old uPVC windows that were bowed and twisted with new, solid and strong white aluminium windows. They feel like they will last longer than the house! Excellent fitting team, wouldn't think they had even been in the house. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service & very competitive prices. From the initial enquiry with Anna the sales lady, to the final fitting of a replacement turn handle which we asked for, the customer service was excellent when purchasing our new front door. We had quotes for composite doors, only to find out that these would not fit. Anna took the time to come to Dorset to measure our doorway and advised on the most suitable door for us. It turned out to be UPVC but looks exactly like a composite and is much cheaper! Installation was excellent, very professional installers who were polite, friendly and great craftsmen who tidied up and did an brilliant job. After that we noticed we had missed off the fact we didn't have a handle inside, we reported it to Anna who in turn reported to Mark the Customer Service guy, who sorted within a week. New turn knob installed and he personally came to inspect the job, all sorted and we are very happy with our new door. Highly recommend this company for a professional and great value job. This was a large job, replacing 30 windows and doors. Most importantly, we are delighted with the results: a high-quality product that both looks great and works well functionally. But also, given the scale and the potential disruption, Joedan made the whole process from initial sales contact to final installation as smooth and painless as possible. And in particular, the installers Tony and Wayne were thoroughly professional, did great work and were always considerate minimising the disruption to us.
