These guys are brilliant. The first company I called quoted me £189 to get through the door lock and another £180 to replace door lock. The guy didn’t see any other way around it even though I said I didn’t lock the door, it just shut on me. Not happy, I called these guys. The chap arrived in decent time as explained, listened and immediately had a solution without tearing up the locks or ripping into the door. Amazing. I’ll give these guys first call any day.

Called locksmiths on a Sunday evening as we were locked out, I was told someone will arrive within 30mins. We were waiting out in the heavy rain with family for 60mins before someone came and opened the front door within 5 secs.1 hour wait, £70= job done in 5seconds.There was very poor communication within the team. The job allocated to the first person did not show up, a second person was reallocated after 40mins of my initial call. I was pleased that they did not have to change whole lock.

Absolutely brilliant. Kept me informed regarding the whereabouts of the locksmith. When he arrived he just got on and opened my door without damage. I’m so grateful

Locked myself out, arrived in 30 minutes and managed to open the door in a few minutes, very efficient and pleasant experience.

Poor communication and service further marred by unprofessional customer representatives. First call stated ETA 30 minutes, but arrived more than two hours later (i.e. 95 minutes late). Follow-up calls all stated driver would be arriving in 10-14 minutes and that a call from the driver would be given – none of that happened. Customer representatives also hung up rudely most of the time.I highly do not recommend. Perhaps this was just a one-off thing – hopefully – but it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. If I knew they weren't arriving in 30 minutes like they originally told, I would have called elsewhere.Be honest and realistic with your customers with time. Be honest about how you communicate with your drivers (driver also stated communication with the representatives was handled poorly). An ETA that is 300+% off the actual arrival time not acceptable. Don't say that your drivers are 10 minutes away if you can't even reach them by call.

Super efficient company, came and fitted my new lock within hours of calling really quick and great service!
