My hard disk crashed a week ago, and I contacted IT Expert, who came round and picked the PC up, gave their diagnosis the next day, then installed a new disk, brought the PC back and then undertook a phone session for remote sorting out of the back-up. I thought I'd lost everything from the past six months but it turned out that things were redeemable. I can't fault any aspect of the service, and am singing IT Expert's praises to all and sundry. They also came in at below half the cost of the people I had used before.

I contacted them as my mums computer had finally met it's end. She was devastated as she thought she had lost very personal and significant files as a result of it yet these heroes were able to recover all of them with speed and professionalism. The service led me to approach them again this time with an issue of my own which they were able to establish the cause in such a short space of time something i had been trying to resolve for a much longer period. Amazing service. We had some hick-ups within our network, incl items that didn't work which was a problem since they're used in our company. Sacha came over same day we first called for a first assessment of what the roblem was, then gave continued support via phone - the following day whch was a Saturday, and when my ability to sort things out peterd out, he eve came over again, on the Sunday, to help install new wifi equipment, to make sure we were up and running for when we opened the following week. Friendly, extremely helpful and professional.

Had a problem with synchronised email accounts. IT Expert were quick, responsive and really knew their business. All sorted in 15 minutes. I now feel confident that if I have future problems, I know where to go. Also very reasonably priced.

Excellent service!! I called at 16:30 with an urgent pc issue and I was fit in same day. Turned up at 6pm and had the resolution within 20 mins.Cant recommend enough!

Having just moved a room around to accommodate furniture, meant I had to unplug all parts of my tech in the process. On re siting all - restoring all tech to its sockets, ports etc. the fly in the ointment was that my wireless was out, and all that I did to try and resolve that issue was not effective....Frustrated and having run out of ideas, and as my PC is my work station, I could not be another 24 hours without it, and so finally called the IT Expert team, and spoke to Sacha.Within a very short time, all had been resolved and I was back on track with all relevant connectivity, which is vital to my work. To say I was relieved is an understatement. I was impressed with the service.The customer service was excellent too, courteous and patient. Through a process of elimination, the problem was soon sorted out, and as it turned out, was not a difficult issue (in this case), however, knowledge is the key, which I lacked, and I have to say I highly recommend this company, who were also thankfully, quickly available, which in my case was important.A big Thank You!I will definitely be returning should I have need in the future.J.
