Service is awful, claim to sort issues only to disregard. Had afew gases from here that messed with our beer. Wouldn't recommend

JESP supplied helium for balloons for an event I organised last year, and we have used them again this year as they were great. Very helpful and excellent service.

Scam scam scam,I brought them the bottle back and they said they will refund me the deposit,never got my deposit

JESP have been outstanding to deal with, i only required a small amount of gas for a vehicle restoration project but that wasn’t an Issue for James and his team! Friendly service, great advice and excellent rates! Would highly recommend!

I have been using JESP Gases for well over 10 years and can honestly say their service is outstanding. We use them both our welding gas as well as our home b-b-q gas and while we’ve not had need of it yet friends have used them for helium gas for party balloons. A pleasure to deal with, have never let us down and with great service and competitive pricing I wouldn’t use anyone but JESP Gases

This is definitely a scam company. Only when you consume from them will you get good service. But I'm leaving their company, their service is extremely bad. I refunded the deposit 3 weeks ago, and then the staff deliberately miswritten my name and bank card number. I put my bank card in front of her, and deliberately copied it wrong. Then told me to refund the deposit in three to five working days. It has been three weeks. I called them on May 15th and told me that the person in charge was not there. I called again on May 16th and told me to wait for me. Called back, I didn't wait for a call either. On May 17, they called again and told me that the deposit would be refunded within 2 hours, but I haven't received it until today. They may say that my lie is a lie. But I have recorded conversations with them. The merchant asked me to delete the comment. I don't need a deposit either. If I commented on your company not refunding the deposit, it may be my problem. The key point is that several people commented on not refunding the deposit.

We buy welding gas from this company. The rates are fantastic, the delivery time is fantastic, we have great communication from them regarding price increase, delivery times and new products.I would highly recommend this company for all your gas related needs.
