Sytner High Wycombe BMW

Within the last 6 months between my father and I we have purchased 2 lovely cars from Sytner BMW High Wycombe, on both occasions the service and support given was just what we were looking for. In the search for a car with my father who is disabled we viewed various cars at other garages but it was here where he felt most comfortable and understood. Richard in particular really listened to our situation and nothing was too much trouble, in particular going the extra mile to ensure my mother was also happy with the car. On top of this the cars all look great and the choice is so varied, would highly recommend.

Yesterday I picked up my new BMW approved 335d shadow edition from this dealer. I’d like to say my experience was beyond expectations! Martin Sinclair has delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. His level of professionalism and knowledge made for a truly perfect customer service 10/10 for him. Nothing was too much to ask and he answered my many questions fully and was happy to do so. On to the car…… when I first set eyes on it I was truly blown away. It has been presented and sold in almost brand new condition I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much and I hope that although I’ve personally rang him to say thank for everything he has done that Martin gets the feedback and recognition from the manager. A fantastic sales team at Sytner High Wycombe, particularly Ian Jones. Very helpful and knowledgable - spent loads of time with my wife and I explaining the differences in spec and even looking at other dealers up and down the country to find our perfect configuration and price. Having come from another premium brand competitor with my last vehicle the service I got from this BMW is hands down far superior. If you are local and looking for a new BMW definitely give Ian a shout.

I started using Sytner High Wycombe after an awful experience at another local BMW dealer. Today I took my car for a regular service that was due with my son so he could look at the “racing cars”. He’s obsessed with cars and the amazing service representative gifted him with a BMW toy car to take home. Amazing service as always and a great gesture

Absolutely shocking. They sold me a car that was just 3 years old with less than 10,000 miles on it with wheels that had been painted black. Immediately the paint started peeling off them and I am currently trying to reject the car as I have not had it even 3 weeks! The quality of the paint on the wheels was absolutely shocking. Worse still - I was misled by the dealer into believing that these wheels in black, were standard or optional equipment, when in reality they had just been painted by goodness knows who in a way in which isn't suitable for painting wheels. They are now trying to deny me my legal right to reject the vehicle. Give them a wide berth.
