The doughnuts are always great, but my GOD the gents toilets stank horrifically. It absolutely takes little effort to keep toilets in a reasonably clean state. Also the way leading to that area seems cluttered and untidy. Really disappointing.

Terrible service in this cafe today. People were told there was a half hour wait for hot food so we ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Coffee machine ran out of milk half way through the second cup being dispensed so we called for help. 3 women all stood around the machine while 1 woman did her best to sort it out. 20mins later and the machine was still not working so the only member of staff trying to sort it,rang another member of staff. Another 10mins pass and still no coffee so we asked for a refund of £4 because we had to leave. More problems! Had to wait another 15-20mins while another woman went to get a supervisor to give us a refund. All the while, the other 3 women are out the back talking. Here's a little tip for you ladies! While you're talking about customers in the back,us customers can hear you.We won't be visiting again. The only person rushed off their feet was a man who was clearing all the tables and keeping them clean.

I can get a good weeks supplies for a decent price, the meat is far better and cheaper than tesco, and the diesel is better quality and more mpg than anywhere else.Their own brands are very nice and good quality.

Usual standard, no issues. I find the multi but offers a little annoying when doing a small shop.

We stopped to have a cup of tea here ,the shop didn't look that clean .We went for a cup of tea in the cafe was given one dirty cracked mug and one dirty chipped mug,the cracked mug was replaced by a polite and kind staff member . Tables where not clean was sticky and stained and a mess. Some of staff in cafe was to busy chatting to serve a customer .

Review for CAFE ONLYVery quiet when we had a late lunch today, a Tuesday, ordered the fish and chips for two, at £7 each I wasn’t expecting very much, (£17 including 2 coffees). I was astonished with what arrived… my partner’s battered cod looked like a whale, hanging off the plate. Cod lightly battered and white fish, the chips were crisp. The lady who served us was lovely. The store lost a star because many empty tables were unclean and the cutlery, knives especially, were greasy. We cleaned them! The cuppa we took to the coffee machine were stained. The coffee was not good.Only one member of staff covering the whole restaurant and counter. But the food great… in Pembrokeshire at various fish n chips shops and cafes, they are now charging £34 for two!!

Disabled bays are very poorly sited to the right of the building, requiring a 50m walk to the entrance. Parent-and-child and regular parking bays are much closer. Retailers need to wake up to the fact that 'disabled' often equates to reduced mobility and it's not enough just to provide wider bays for wheelchair users.Staff were lovely, however, and overall the shop was well-stocked.
