got theses lads sounded ok on fone told them it was to move a electric bed told them where from where to we will even take it up stairs for you great i thought. They even told the ppl i was getting it from the y would dismantle and put it back together once upstairs mmmm wheres my bed in my living room they never even attempted to take it up stairs for me . I have had to get another firm in to take it apart and rebuild COWBOYS never again......

I booked these guys and rang at 4pm the night before i was due to move to confirm we were still moving me at 10am the following day, the guy on the phone said he needed to check the diary and then said yeah we are, i then got a text at 9pm saying they had a client who was took into hospital with covid the following week and they were getting tested on the saturday i text them 3 times and they did not even have the decency to text me back or even answer my phone call, leaving me in the lurch the night before i was due to move i was already warned about this company off a rival firm as well and i should have listened, disgusting customer service and just foul play, i would avoid this company and look else where, leaving a disabled single mother of 2 children in the lurch like that and not even answering a phone call or a text or offering any kind of help what so ever, the fact that you have said the previous review is a lie just shows its clearly not
