Mowgli Street Food
Food was very good, just a little bit different & very tasty. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the roti bread, I wouldn't order that again. Service was good with an explanation of the menu, there were 3 of us & we were advised to order 2 dishes each but I think 5 between the 3 of us would have been enough. Will definitely go back.

Literally amazing!! The food is honestly like nothing I’ve ever had before, so many flavours and so much to choose from on the menu. I’ve seen a few people say about small portions.. it’s tapas! What do they expect? And I left feeling full and happy with the 3 small plates I chose. Cocktails are also lovely! Great value for money and staff are so helpful. Will most definitely be back!

Amazing lighting and atmosphere. Menu is extensive but allergies aren’t super clear. The food was good too and drink selection was decent. Staff were attentive and friendly. Reasonably priced for the area but slightly expensive for glasgow.

Always a good time in Mowgli.I will say though, that the entrance here is weird. It is super non-descript in the foyer (perhaps due to building regulations?) to the point that it looks just like a fire door, so we went back outside and round the corner to see where the actual door was. Nope, it's that. Odd. Not in keeping with other Mowglis that we've been to.As usual though, great food and fantastic staff, with amazing decor throughout. If you haven't been before, take a friend or two and share some chat bombs, tamarind fries, Himalayan cheese toast, and a chip butty. Thank me later. Also, Mowgli has separate menus for vegan and gluten-free, which is lovely.

I went there on my friend's birthday. The first thing I loved was their ambience and service which was excellent. They had unique drinks menu. The food was delicious. I would recommend trying the lamb starter and the gunpowder chicken. Overall my experience for the first time was amazing. The staff were really attentive and helpful.

I've been wanting to go to Mowgli for a few months and finally made it.Brilliant atmosphere, the staff were just superb, and the food is purely amazing.Wiffy and I sat in the normal chairs." I didn't fancy the rope swing chairs

new Place that might be my new favourite Restaurant in Town.booked a table (would recommend to book as it was jumping)waitress explained the menu, you should order 2-3 different things as they are smaller portion. once food arrived we started eating and OMG flavours were so good, very fresh and perfect with some cocktails/mocktails plus you get a jug of water straight away once your seatted.Food is NOT spicy besides a few dishes, but waitress was Outstanding in telling us which dishes are spicy. menu& allergy information are in my photoshighly recommend Chat Bomb, so refreshing (wee goodness of freshness,yogurt/coriander/pomegranate) and House Chicken Curry (similar to korma taste, very mild)

The menu was very creative and interesting to chose from as it doesn’t have the ordinary-expected set up. It’s fun to choose. Best to come with an empty stomach to enjoy as the portions are generous. The place itself is very nice to look at with lots of whimsy fairy lights and swings . The Mocktails were so great in taste and display . The food was delicious , with so much flavours - well done ! It’s served in little tin boxes and bowls to give it a unique style .We were also well advised by staff during our stay . We would totally recommend to try it .

We went as a birthday treat for a friend. The food was fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough. If you've never been before they describe it as similar to tapas, order two or three dishes each, then mix and match. Our waitress made an error with our order, so by way of compensation we were given our desserts free of charge.Great atmosphere, great decor, well worth a visit

I’ll start by saying multiple people friends and colleagues have recommended Mowgli so maybe just my personal experience however was pretty underwhelmed. The noticeable thing for me was, we were served by at least 4 different people in a 60min period, this just ruined the experience. We weren’t given a proper introduction to the menu ie recommendation on how many plates you should order per person (typical in any tapas restaurant). One server inparticular just didn’t seem that interested. I overheard an older gentleman at the table next to us telling him how great and tasty everything was, the guy didn’t seem to engaging, he was the same when he served us.Food was ok, had the Monkey Wrap (very good), Mowgli Sticky Chicken, Agra Ginger Chicken, Roti breads (tasted like those wheat free breads people buy), and Mowgli Basmati Rice.Very nice venue, grand old building and would be very nice late at night, swing seats are a bit random.Overall, nice venue, maybe we just made some bad choices from the menu. Definitely would recommend the Monkey Wrap.
