Extremely friendly staff. Salon bright and clean. There's basins that are more accessible for those who can not manage steps. However if you need to use the toilet, that does mean managing steps. At the entrance to the salon is a glass table, to the left is generally the gents side, to the right, the ladies, there are sofas to each side for clients to sit and wait on. However, the table and sofas do not leave much room to get wheelchairs through. My son does move the table, but it always leave me feeling like I'm a nuisance because I can't get my wheelchair around the front without creating an issue.I always come out looking good though, with a great hair cut and style.

Partner has been going for years and highly recommends. Been taking my young daughter for a while now, and from her first visit they were exemplary in making her feel special and not frightened in any way... so much so that she loves going. Recommended

I’ve never had such an awful bouncy blow dry , the brushes got stuck in my hair and it was painful my hair is tangled and frizzy.

I was having long hair for the last 4 years and decided trim down to a short style. I was really afraid and confused about that decision since I was new to this place and was not aware of any good salons. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to have my haircut at Empire salon. Peter was my hair stylist and I must say I can’t be more happier after this! He was amazing and done a brilliant job with my hair. It was not just about the haircut, his approach towards a client, the way he explains everything before starting and the assurance which gave me confidence to stay with my decision. I will definitely suggest this place and so happy to have found a best place to style my hair from now on!

I’ve been visiting this salon for 6 years for my wash and cut. They always listen to what I want and deliver exactly that. If they think that a style won’t suit my face, they’ll be honest so that I can make an informed decision.Staff are always friendly and very calm. I’ve had many occasions where I walk in without booking and they’re always able to accommodate me. Price is also very reasonable compared to other salons nearby. I would recommend to everyone

Called up the weekend prior, got straight through to reception and booked super quick. Arrived, friendly greeting, washed my hair due to new covid restrictions, did a fantastic cut cleaning up after lockdown haircuts, very happy with new style. Will be booking again soon.

I and my mom had haircuts and blow dry with Peter and Roger. I've never had such a good haircut. They did brilliant job. We are so happy and we will be back again. They are very professional and friendly people. John was working with another client and his work was great too. I really recommend these amazing people. Thank you very much!
