What a joy to deal with. Treated my wife to an Eskimo Jo puffer and Elaine was a delight, very helpful and very lovely. So much so that we bought a rain coat shortly afterwards. The quality is second to none and when we did have a problem with a button it was sorted without fuss or hesitation. Bravo for Tahlia.
