We contacted Scott about our proposed extension and exchanged ideas. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable but instantly understood what it was we were trying to obtain with the extension. The drawings were great, exactly what we wanted. Scott was always on hand, very responsive and helpful. We had a very turbulent time trying to get sign off, not from our side or Scott but with the council but Scott took it all him and dealt with their requests, drawings to be tweaked. He was always on hand and kept us informed.Sign off has now been obtained and that’s because Scott worked hard to ensure it happened.
