AVOID - Purchased a card online via their shop on NotOnTheHighStreet for my 20th Anniversary, Karrie Barron then amended the promised delivery date until after event so I tried to cancel the order. 3 days and 3 messages on Karrie Barron still has not responded to my cancellation request or processed my refund...very poor service. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Exceptionally disappointed with Karrie Barron Cards. Bought & paid for a birthday card last week (at Covent Garden stall). Left address details & wording for inside card, stressing that birthday was early this week. Not only did the card not arrive but when I chased-up on the phone they said the order had not even been processed. Would give 0 star rating if I could - bitterly disappointed.
