I can't recommend Bike Revive enough after my experience. I had a new hydraulic group-set installed on my gravel bike. Had an initial meeting to discuss a few of the parts I was looking at buying and got lots of useful advice on compatibility and long term serviceability. As soon as I had all the parts together they were promptly fitted. Bike revive realised one of my levers was faulty (possibly as I had ordered old discounted stock). Bike Revive contacted the UK distributor and had the parts repaired and fitted within 4 days. Exactly the service you want from a local bike workshop!

Rob. Was. And. Is. Wonderful!I encountered a rattling sound from my rear wheel on my commute to work. I tried calling some local bike shops who were less than helpful and then remembered the Bike Revive van. I called Rob who kindly put up with my poor signal and gave me over 20 minutes, listening to me attempting to describe the issue whilst he diagnosed it.Although he was exceptionally busy he recognised my personal difficulties and individual need to be back on the bike ASAP so reckoned he might be able to at least investigate the problem later that afternoon. He picked it up, worked on it and by 8pm I was able to collect it from his workshop. He had sent me a clear breakdown of the work he had completed, taken extensive photographs and resolved the free hub issue. It has worked seamlessly since (two weeks, 200+ miles). His charges were more than reasonable and the personalisation of his service and his willingness to recognise that not everyone who rides bikes understands all the nuances of bike mechanics makes him stand out. I certainly felt informed but also not to feel stupid for not understanding all the mechanics or the lingo used at first time. Local bike shops should take note!Rob, a huge thank you once again. Professional and friendly service - I will be bringing my bike back again. I booked my bike in a week before a sportive for a gold service and he returned it feeling like new with time to spare. As a novice, I really benefitted from the friendly no pressure advice around upgrades and potential changes needed to my bike. Communication was good throughout; photo updates via WhatsApp were especially great to see what work was being done and having piece of mind I was getting what I paid for. Thank you.

Excellent, hassle-free service. Rob is a really nice guy who made me feel very confident that my bike was in good hands. It was a really speedy repair and he consulted me about options to replace my rear tyre. Really happy with the results, my bike is running much more smoothly now. Decent price for the work too. Not only the best job I've seen in Sheffield and places nearby, but also very fair prices! Jus ask for Rob and he gonna explain very patiently any issue or action needed with your bike. He is normally very busy which speak a lot about his skills and experience. So couldn't recommend other bike shop and repair. These are a couple of bikes that Rob built for me and my wife, amazing!

Booked the MTB in for a full strip down of the frame bearings/bushings and a fork/shock rebuild. Bike is running like it was on day one!Brilliant service, will be coming back. Rob was spot on and provided plenty of updates as needed, good to see him busy and the bike is running perfectly!
