Good range of attractive fires but was personally disappointed not to meet and discuss installation of a woodburner with an experienced tradesman rather than an albeit most personable salesman.

The staff in the shop were brilliant, very friendly informative and NOT pushy. A great shop experience was followed up by a group of 3 men led by Lee arriving on time to remove my old gas fire and replace the hearth, remove bricks, re plaster, new flue and multi fuel fire install on the day. No fuss and simply nice lads.Thank youSean
