Over the years we have bought presents from this jewellers and had repairs done, and they are always very friendly and helpful, and very good value. The craftsmanship is top notch....you are in the hands of a true expert here with years of sound experience . We recently had my mum's engagement ring repaired and it was superb service in every respect.

TOP RATED - YOU SHOULD SHOP HEREFriendly service (I met 3 people and all were great) - they even agreed to stay open late a few mins so that I could collect something;Clearly experts at what they do (resolved 3 different watch issues),and competitively priced too.

Outstanding. The owner and staff are helpful. Its a lovel little shop. I popped in to see if he could fix my watch. £5 and 30 mins later it was fixed. Turns out it need a clean and a new battery but still. Watches of Switzerland charged me over £50 to do that same 2 years ago. Now my jewellers of choice!

We visit Sevenoaks occasionally to see friends. Stopped in to Francis Jones and they helped find a beautiful silver locket for a picture of my Mum. They had a large variety and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or courteous . I recommend them highly. In fact we will be buying another item there soon.Jan Siard USA
