N. Monk Plumbing & Heating

Used N.Monk to install a hot water pump. He fitted it incorrectly and refused to even come back and look at it. Made two or three appointments to come and just double check for us as it was not working correctly. We then spoke to manufacturers of the pump and they said he had fitted it wrong. He flatly refused to admit he had fitted it wrong and never came back. This guy thinks he’s the best around but unfortunately had to have his work corrected by a young lad straight out of college who picked up the problem immediately. I wouldn’t recommend a tradesman that won’t even come back to check a fault. AVOID!
