Really friendly and easy to deal with. Something had happened to the door and it stopped being able to open and close. Richard diagnosed the problem, fixed it and did some work on the door to make it open smoother and fix the issues caused by whoever had installed it. Great service and I would definitely recommend them if your having problems with your garage door.

Fab service, called this morning to enquire about getting my garage door repaired and it was all done by Richard by the end of the same day! Great service.

Ordered parts from this company in the past and they were very efficient and at a fair price.Needed someone to do a cable change early December 2019. Spoke with a lady who said price would be approx £80 but Richard will call back to confirm.Phoned again two days later. Told Richard would call back.Phoned a third time. Still waiting for Richard to call back. Got the job done very efficiently by another Richard from Garage Doors N.W. for less than £80 and he used my parts!!!

Fantastic service,This was the 3rd garage door company I've had out, the first one tried to upsell a new garage door for £3k+ , second one didn't have the parts (didn't know what they were doing).Thankfully I found Richard at Garage Door & Lock next, he arranged a time to come and have a look at it and replaced a few parts and fixed the problem, now i have a working garage door. I wish i rang him 6 years ago when i moved in.I have gone out of my way to recommended him to neighbors as we have the same garage door make that is no longer in businessThanks Liam

Moved into a new house and the garage door was broken as there was a problem with the cable. Richard came out the next day and fixed it and now it opens even better than before. Great service and would highly recommend

After having someone else look at my garage door and paying for an unsatisfactory job where the door would not open and close easily and made a terrible noise, I contacted Garage door and Lock. He was in the area and arrived a few hours later and fixed it in an hour replacing some parts etc. It swings up and down wonderfully now. Only wish I had contacted him first. If your garage door has a problem contact him. He knows what he is doing and can't recommend him enough. Expensive lessen for me though having to have paid someone else first who didn't do the job.
