Excellent service provided by Adnan at iSmash in Birmingham for the replacement of the battery and screen for my Galaxy Note20. He was extremely polite, thorough and returned my phone to me as good as new. Great service and very glad to get my phone back! Well done Adnan!

Fantastic service and the fella even cracked a smile and a joke.Phone now works perfectly again, and he even let me in early to the appointment AND repaired while I waited (due to travelling overseas and not knowing exactly when I'd be back in bham).Legend!

Adnan was wonderful, ismash is super lucky to have him, he was really calm and friendly, and helped me sort my phone when I thought I had lost everything on there. I would recommend anyone to come here as he is a great guy who really knows his stuff! Thank you so much again. :-)

Booked me in straight away for a phone screen repair, really fast service, have been a few times and their warranty service and after sales are really good. Adnan has dealt with my phones a few times and has always been super fast and professional, would highly recommend!

This place is terrible, they made me wait hours despite me having an appointment because “ my colour hadn’t arrived yet” and then gave me some hypersensitive screen not fitted properly. It sticks out and can be pressed up and down. It’s caused my phone to overheat, lock me out for any 5-15 minutes due to the hypersensitive screen pressing my password and in some cases dialling sos calls whilst in my pocket.They then refused to re fix it as it apparently didn’t fit in the warranty they offered. Don’t go here they will just make your problems worse.

Found about them through online search and good reviews on trustpilot. I brought my daughters’ iPad for a smashed screen repair. I did not have high hopes before coming, but the results are better than expected ( as good as new).Adnan was so good he fixed it within an hour and offered a discounted screen protector as well. If needed will definitely come back.

Very good experience. Went through insurance and was reffered to ismash. Went to my appointment the gentelman there was very friendly and the place was really clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and fixed my cracked phone so quick really happy with the service i will highly recommend the services to anyone looking to get there phones fixed.
