Nice little play park, which would easier burn off some energy for the younger ones, older one I'd say from 8 and above half hour max, as much bigger more more modern play area other side of the field. (Much too busy for us during the half term).Clean, seemed well looked after. Ample free parking. Lovely lake with ducks on.Was able to use the leisure centre toilets no problem at all.

Woodford Park
Lovely to walk around the lake and there is a bridge you can cross or stand on and watch the wildlife. There are a couple of football pitches and tennis courts as well as a few playgrounds for children. Lots of dog walkers come through here and it gives easy access to the shops. There is also a paddling pool available to use in the summer months.

Woodford Park
Great town centre park. Well connected, nice play areas and beautiful lake. It's great for a family picnic and it's dog friendly.

Really nice park close to the town centre. Three or four play areas, outdoor gym, large green spaces and some shaded areas. A pond with decked bridges leads you to a memorial garden which is very peaceful. There is a cafe at the theatre which backs onto the park, serving hot and cold drinks, pastries, sandwiches etc.

Great for a nice short walk with the kids around the lake. There are two great play areas and an outdoor pool in the summer!

Really good. Great park for all ages. The pool is good but lots of older children running splashing and jumping spoil it for little ones.

The best park in Berkshire. Green flag status. Three different children's play areas. A paddling pool. 5G football pitches, a leisure centre and gym. A bowling green. A beautiful natural lake with wildfowl and wild flowers. A perfect boardwalk from which to feed the ducks. Glorious trees. A dedicated memorial garden and A Garden of Remembrance. Plenty of open space. Lovely flowerbeds tended by dedicated volunteers. Absolutely gorgeous to walk around. It's a little bit of heaven in an urban world.
