Like with many people, we had a (couple of) burst pipes thanks to the recent freeze. Adam was clearly run off his feet trying to help all the people that needed it and we appreciated the effort in trying to see everyone, or direct the people in need to other plumbers who could help. It was a bit of a crazy few days. He turned up (our insurance appointed plumbers didn't, and didn't even tell me they wouldn't be) and got us back up and running quickly and without issue. After a stressful few days it was much appreciated.

Adam and his team very recently finished our bathroom in Derbyshire just in time for last Christmas. From the start, Adam was fully engaged and very willing to accommodate our views and ideas as customers and really went the extra mile to bring them to life.This all happened against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, which is a testament to Adam's skill and management capabilities. Adam came out at 10.30pm to repair a leaking pipe due to the frozen conditions. Did a fantastic job, can not fault his responsiveness at that time of night. Saved us from a very difficult situation.

My pipe burst due to the frost so I called A&E plumbing. Adam came and fixed my burst pipe within a few hours of me ringing. His invoice was reasonable. I would call A&E plumbing if I needed any work completed in the future. I would recommend it to family and friends too.
