I run a building conservation and heritage survey company and recommend thse guys. They are very knowledgeable, and supply good quality flues - NOT the cheap knock off versions that will fall apart and leak. Very professional, very good service, and good pricing. 1st class customer service!I had a problem with my order when it arrived, so emailed them late on a Friday afternoon. They made a point of calling me before they closed to talk this over with me before they left for the weekend. They were very patient and understanding listening to my concerns and suggested a solution to one of the problems. I tried their solution which worked, so called them back on the following Monday to let them know this and to say that it was therefore just one faulty part. Received a reply within minutes saying they would send out a replacement. This arrived first thing the next morning. Absolutely fantastic after sales service and would not hesitate to recommend them!
