Wren Kitchens

Our experience with Wren in Norwich has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked into their store, we knew we were in good hands. The team there provided us with great customer service, helping us choose two perfect kitchens for our Holiday home 'Scotgate Cottage', we were renovating. We are so grateful for their assistance and expertise. We are sure that all of our guests who stay in the cottage will love the new kitchens just as much as we do. Thank you, Wren, for making this process so enjoyable!

Great service throughout the project. We had a remodel of our kitchen. Wren stayed in contact with us throughout the refit - calling or emailing regularly to ensure that the work was going according to plan. One small part was missing from the delivery - again Service was excellent and part arrived next day. All works went according to plan. Excellent service.

Over the moon with our new kitchen! Better than I expected. Service was professional and swift. Friendly and professional staff from Adam at the showroom to the delivery men. Kitchen looks amazing - had my own kitchen fitters in, needed a replacement door and handle and it arrived the next day (less than 20 hours! Very impressed). The Norwich Showroom has lots of displays and is set out well with plenty of space to explore as well as having lots of samples to enable us to make choices.Our Advisor was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and offered constructive advice and listened to and answered all our queries.All the Wren team members we have dealt with have been polite and courteous.We cannot find fault with Wren from beginning to end of our kitchen design and will certainly be recommending Wren.

Wren are the worst kitchen company I think I could have. It’s all amazing at the point of sales but as soon as you pay for your kitchen they do not care.If you order flooring from them they don’t tell you it won’t come with the rest of your kitchen. Mine turned up three days later.My counter top was damaged, so was my tower unit, two other units were missing. They then can’t get this out to you for another week at a time. Wren then forgot to order one of the replacement units which set the project back another 5 days. No compensation or apology, just ‘we are the number 1 kitchen retailer’.DO NOT GET YOUR KITCHEN FROM WREN

We are so happy with our new Wren kitchen! Our designer, James Livick-Smith has been outstanding throughout. From our first meeting with James LS it became clear that he worked hard to understand our needs, using his strong listening skills to get a clear picture of what we were trying to achieve. His subject knowledge of Wren’s products is excellent as is his overall understanding of kitchen design. We never once felt as though he was trying to sell us something we didn’t want which we really appreciated. Throughout, James LS’ attitude was always “Yes, I’m sure we can find a way to do that,” even when our requests might have at times seemed a little odd given that our house is more than 200 years old with a few quirky corners! We were equally delighted with our fitter, Ronnie whose skills were exemplary through the installation process. We really appreciated the pre-installation visit from Ronnie as this helped him understand and reflect on the best way to fit out kitchen, made us feel so reassured. His skills as a joiner are outstanding! Throughout the whole experience, never once did either James nor Ronnie say “no” to anything we asked for, the attitude was always “yes, we’ll make that happen…somehow!” It was a pleasure to have Ronnie in our house during the installation process, and I know that we have James LS to thank for giving us Ronnie as our fitter, as he clearly understood that he would be the best person for the job. We are absolutely delighted with the spectacular finished product, so thank you Wren, Ronnie and James.

Recently bought my kitchen with Wren and I couldn't be any happier. The entire experience is a delight from start to finish and the customer care is second to none. When I needed another part for the kitchen they provided it free of charge. I wouldn't get a kitchen with anyone else in the future.

Try to sell you expensive extras that you don't need even after being told multiple times they are not needed.And when contacted about the issues with kitchen after the installation the email said basically as we had our own builder install everything that it was not their problem. Very blunt. Often rude. Refuse to listen to what the customer wants no matter how many times they get told.Only positive is that the kitchen supplied overall is good quality. Goods from them are very good. Just a real shame about the awful customer service process.

We had a great experience with Wren. From our first showroom visit (where we spent nearly 4 hours with Adam, the salesman!), to delivery which was efficient and virtually damage free, to the worktop mapping and fitting. All were top quality. We needed a couple of replacement items due to minor damage, ordering through the app was so simple and they arrived the next day, which meant our installation was not held up.
